Shri. Yeranna Itekar

Shri. Yeranna Itekar founded Royal Concorde School on a single conviction: that Raichur has never lacked talent, only opportunity. He built this school to close that gap directly — not by importing an idea wholesale from elsewhere, but by creating, in Raichur itself, the kind of opportunity that too many of the city’s most capable children have previously had to leave home to find. His aim was never a school that would simply look well-regarded; it was a school that would measurably change what a child from Raichur could expect of their own future. That remains the standard by which he judges its progress.
Dr. Sarika Itekar

Dr. Sarika Itekar trained as a physician, an experience that shaped her habit of listening closely to what people — including children — do not always say directly. She is closely involved in the school’s day-to-day academic life, not only its governance, and is often the first to act on something a student has raised with her personally. The question she returns to is not whether the school is good enough, but whether it remains the best version of itself it can be — a harder standard to hold, and one she applies consistently.
Mr. Rohit Itekar

With more than fifteen years of experience across banking and insurance, Mr. Rohit Itekar brings a disciplined approach to governance and institutional oversight. His focus areas include infrastructure safety, systems compliance, and financial accountability — the parts of a school’s operation that parents rarely see, but which determine whether the parts they do see (classrooms, safety, daily routine) hold together reliably.
Mr. Rakyesh Itekar

With more than eighteen years of experience across corporate leadership, technology, and entrepreneurship, Mr. Rakyesh Itekar’s central argument is that the world today’s students will work in does not yet fully exist — and that a school teaching only for the world as it currently stands is already behind. His focus is on the aspects of education that do not appear on a report card: judgement, adaptability, and the instinct to build rather than wait for permission.
